Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Gilded Mane Salon, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Appointment Policy

Booking

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person
  • A valid phone number and email address are required for booking
  • Appointment confirmation will be sent via email or text

Cancellation

  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
  • Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may incur a fee
  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
  • Gratuities are appreciated but not required
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

Service Policies

Consultations

All first-time clients receive a complimentary consultation to discuss desired results and hair history.

Allergies and Sensitivities

Clients must inform stylists of any allergies or sensitivities before service begins. Patch tests may be required for certain chemical services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution.

Liability

Gilded Mane Salon and its staff are not liable for any adverse reactions to products or services. Clients assume responsibility for disclosing relevant medical information and allergies.
